Welcome to Sunflowers class!
We are a class of 9 key stage 1 and 2 pupils, following the Pre-Formal Curriculum. In the Summer Term, our theme is 'Water.' Water is a practical and playful theme, which gives the opportunity to elicit responses, demonstrate preferences, and to develop anticipation. We'll do lots of outdoor learning and learning through movement to develop our body awareness, tactile exploration, and proprioception.
Our class vision is to support our pupils to develop to their fullest potential, and to capture and celebrate every moment of learning that happens along the way!
We engage in learning through active and fun activities, with the focus on responses, sharing experiences and developing control of the world around us.
