Hi everyone,

Welcome to Bluebells class page. This is where I can share lots of information, photos and exciting news about our class!

While some of us are off school I will also be using this space to share what we have been working on in school and give you some ideas of things you can do at home to keep up-to-date and stop you getting bored! laugh

Day 1- please see the learning grids which have been attached- these provide you with some ideas linked to our topics and some generic ideas that you can do. Today, please choose an activity from the grid to complete.

Day 2- Please see the added file for engaging iPad Apps which are good for the whole class. Also, the first bits of homework have been added in your user area.

Playdough recipe file attached at the bottom of the page- make glittery, scented or even stretchy playdough!

*NEW!* Bluebells are going to start independence Wednesdays where each week on a Wednesday I will post a new visual schedule to support children to learn a different aspect of independent living. It might be a life skill such as washing or loading the dishwasher or a basic recipe for making a snack.

I will add the schedule to a homework link but also to this page so you can always find the links easily and practise the skills your child most needs.

Another feature of your user area is 'Scrapbook'. You can use it to upload pictures, text and videos to show me what you have been doing. When something is posted in a scrapbook, I can see it and comment on it. Only you, me and admin (not public) can see it so it is a nice but safe way to share information (see attached guide if you want to give it a go).

There are also some useful website learning links on the coronavirus page and some visuals to support understanding.

I will also be emailing all parents with your pupil log in so you can access your own page for activities, work and website links which are suitable for you. Please look out for this soon.

Keep calm and stay safe,

Emma and the Bluebells team
