Information for Parents
Here at the Lancasterian school, parents and carers are always welcome. We believe that close co-operation and understanding between adults involved at home and at school is vital to the success, wellbeing and development of our pupils.
We know that many parents and carers may not be able to visit school on a regular basis, so our staff have developed a variety of ways in which we can work together:
- Helping in school: all parents and carers are welcome to help within the Lancasterian school.
- Visits out of school: we always welcome any offers of help with our out-of school activities.
- Coffee mornings: our class teams organise regular coffee mornings so that we can get together and discuss your child’s progress.
- Assemblies: parents and carers are always invited to share in the achievements and successes of our pupils.
- Support group: parents, carers, friends and family are all invited to our informal support group meetings on Tuesday mornings.
